@ the time of the 8k the PPS was .0008- the 8k stated shares to be sold between .0008 and .005. Brent probably thought the PPS would continue to rise, given he had two deals ready to be 8k'd. And the PPS did rise to over .003, however, the mentioning of an RS put a quick halt to the rising PPS. Pinkyland and r/s's go together as well as oil and water. Pinkyland obviously did not care what else was involved in the restructuring- in Pinkyland an RS 99% of the time means disaster- and this time around it was no different- .003+ to .0002- on the mention of an r/s.
