A reg D private placement on an sec suspended abandoned hijacked shell with a last known o/s count of 19 billion? LOL. Never. lol. There is no one to file anything on that 504 form. No one can legally sign it. And if they could, why bother?? No one wants to play with a 6 year dead as a doornail graveyard grey sheet abandoned shell with a corporate body completely destroyed. MGLG is over. It was over in 2009. It ONLY lives on the grey sheet graveyard because the sec could not terminate registration to revoke shares as it was not an sec filer.

This is what I think is going on, private placement under the 504 rule of Regulation D. Is the company raising money up the the $1 MM ceiling before becoming current again, and offering additional shares to the market? While the sales that we are seeing are not going through a MM, they are still legitimate placements. I am taking this as a whiff of hope. MGLG is definitely not dead
