I emailed the CEO a few minuets ago- just for you I included a question about the KBM debt- all 7 questions I asked are listed below:

1) Size of r/s
2) Did KBM debt get zeroed out- why no follow up 8k
3) Did any of the 51% strategic shares get bought- why no form 4's or schedule 13's
4) Did you buy any shares- if not, why not
5) Timeline of 8k'd events- mergers/share structure changes
6) The ad2 deal has shares issued @ an adjusted @ .005- will the TRC deal be the same.
7) Is the merger deal you first PR'd still on the table- the US based adventure gear company
