Is it true no deposit paid in florida and a lot of glass goes to the landfills. If garb could start offering a fraction of what other states pay you to recycle glass they could clean up. City of Largo operates 2 24 hour drop off centers that are open to the public. Yes I realize Garb is in the red as far as financials go but they could change that if they get their act together and it looks like they are on that path.
