I believe the DeCarlo settlement default leaves them liable for up to $1.1 million and the La Jolla settlement default tacks another $100K onto what they owe.

It seems pretty clear that the Company doesn't have any funds which makes one wonder what happened to all the cash they received from the questionable transfer of assets. It sure appears none of those funds went to developing product or paying bills.
