What is it at this time that gives you comfort about this management team and their ability to deliver on behalf of shareholders given:

- they ignore the shareholders and NEVER provide accurate and timely information; and

- they have no operating experience; and

- they have OPENLY screwed the shareholders with self-serving accruals of expenses and cheap conversions of debt to stock; and

- there are 2 confirmed crooks involved in high level decision-making; and

- you know ZERO about the acquisition contemplated or the details of how it will be financed or if it will be profitable.

WHAT AM I MISSING?
