I agree with you. Just spoke to Barry and he is adamant that there is no plan for any reverse split unless and until it becomes necessary as the last step needed to uplist to NASDAQ. The increase in A/S was baked in the cake a while ago and we have been talking about that for months on this board.

You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich.
You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong.
You cannot bring on prosperity by discouraging thrift.
You cannot lift the wage earner up by pulling the wage payer down.
