nope They're not doing anything illegal that I know of. The only thing that would be actionable IMO would be if they decided to go private. I would be part of any action if they did. They're greedy slugs that would steal from a kids piggy bank if it furthered there cause We all know the risks playing pinks. The disclaimers cover there asses for just about everything. However going private is not covered...
