Sam - It's all about net revenues for FASC and every other company for that matter. Although they have been making sales the last few years, I don't know if they have been enough to cover everything that was needed. Getting the financials published would seem to be the next thing to focus on. Once FASC becomes a private company, I can't see there would be any blocking factors that would prevent that from taking place.

News from France and financials are next up as far as I am concerned.
