Wonder why there had been no shareholder update by xnrg re. The whereabouts of the missing 10Q's?
Surely it can't still be with the auditors? I mean it was only for a review right? Are shareholders not entitled to timely filings? I remember seeing somewhere awhile back that the company proudly displayed the fact that they were an SEC timely filer.
I also thought I read that it was not due to lack of funds, so why have they not been filed?
I believe another quarter ended in May?
