He filed chapter 8 bankruptcy in the fall of 2014, which liquidates any remaining assets and liabilities held (most likely the shares he held also). This is what is required to wipe the slate clean of any previous responsibilities and ties to the past for the most part, including (probably) RDXM.

Exit stage left and back into his shadowy pit.
