$FRCN • I haven't seen any official offers but the company or private equity firm would need to buy out all of the current shareholders at agreed price. DarkLady think .00001 but with their revenues I would assume the price would be much high as a private company than here on the OTCMarket, so for that reason I'm holding.

The O/D needs to have the Company's Annual Shareholders Meeting to discuss what's going on with the company.
