Oxaloacetate & Anatabloc for Ulcerative Colitis
Following up my previous posting, after 10 days on Oxaloacetate.
I'm now taking 1 100mg Oxaloacetate (Benagene) cap twice per day along with a 1/2 daily dosage of Anatabloc (my stash will last twice as long). The results after 10 days are remarkable; the inflammation is almost completely gone (90-95% eliminated). I talked to Alan Cash of Terra Biologicals (who mfgs. Benagene) on the phone last weekend; he thinks Anatabloc and Oxaloacetate may work together synergistically, each modulates a different part of the Inflammatory Pathway. I'm able to eat foods I've not been able to eat for 9 years (bananas and lettuce/tomato on sandwich) and my Energy level/Stamina has picked up dramatically. Oxaloacetate affects the Krebs Cycle; it increases the NAD/NADH ratio which results in more energy production, and believe me, you can feel the difference. The fact that it also increases Biogenesis of Neurons in the Brain and suppresses type 2 diabetes (in mice) is icing on the cake. When I think of the time, effort and expense I've spent over the years with Immuno-suppressant Drugs and expensive therapies, I'm blown away that 2 OTC supplements produce much better results with NO side effects at a much lower cost. There is something very wrong with the whole FDA/Big Pharma model of drug approval and healthcare. Just IMO-
