That's before the imminent reverse split coming soon. Why would any bank accumulate shares of a company that is guarenteed to dilute those shares with a reverse split in the next 180 days? Most likely 10 to 1. Especially a company that just screwed private placement investors 2 months ago. They wouldn't.
