However the Encounter Technologies Inc Restricted name was changed to Encounter Tech Inc on 5/19/2014 a day after Randy announced Encounter Development Technologies Inc Filling in Colorado to NPT...

The restated SS on August 21, 2011 was

12.403 Billion Common
37 Million Restricted
and stated as 11.135 Million A, 24.757 Million B

Which is 35.892 Million or 1.108 Million left to be restructured...Hmmm ???
