I can't give a definitive answer unless you gave more info, but I suspect that maybe you put your order in as an "all or none". they checked, and did not find 10,000, so they put it off to the side. then, someone else put an order in, and they filled it, and as they were filling it they threw in more shares and it traded 10,000 anyway. Using your illustration. But the second order was not an all or none.

that's my first guess.
