Sounds interesting. I've only spent a few minutes on it. Will try to up my DD. My main concern is the lack of cash on the balance sheet. Will have to go back a few quarters and see what their burn rate is (and just their G&A burn rate). The big risk I see is that they run out of cash have to do a really ugly dilution.
