I think ARTR simply retracted themselves from the public relations time and expense component when the reality of legal expenses set in, in addition to likely being advised by their legal counsel not to answer any questions until the case concludes. They were slightly profitable while they were reporting on OTC markets and, from my judgement of their financials, were operating a very tight ship as each successive filing showed incremental sales growth. That is why I think they will fire up the PR engine again once the civil suit is behind them. I have no reason to believe they have shut down operations until I get factual information from customers telling me ARTR is no longer servicing them.
