Easy - alert the market that the 'insiders' / 'pumpers' / whatever you wanna call em are just about done loading up. Been loading for a LOOOOONG time and now, they'll alert the institutional buyers that the run is ready to take place. My measly 2 milly shares at .0001 looked hella pretty at .001 for a couple hrs today. Once the whales come in, imho, this will fly. But hey, wtf do i know ;)
