From everything I have read in regard to the building permits being issued, they will have to meet all of the requirements.

The main two are the approval from the state of the Augmented Water Plan and the Bennett Road improvements.

Looks to me like Bennett Road improvements will soon be in the rear view mirror and from what I have learned in speaking to different county and state agencies, we should see state approval of the Water Plan in the first week of July.

I tried calling Olympia Steel Buildings and they would not give a delivery date but the did confirm that the 40 x 80 building is in manufacturing already and they said that from that point it is usually from 4 to 6 weeks to delivery

Nexus Green House Systems was a different story altogether. They will not even speak to anyone about anything. My guess is that because they are the #1 manufacturer in the US, they are just too darn busy to talk outside of planning and manufacturing.

I can't wait for Google to update the satellite so we can see what is happening out there
