Of Course they do. Anyone that knows anything about Treasure Salvage knows that. Raider21 and I have not agreed on many things in the past, but he knows a lot about salvage work and I would like him to answer this Question.
Would the State of Florida allow someone to operate at site #3 without a permit?
In my opinion the State of Florida would have the Marine Patrol or Coast Guard out there in a heart beat and shut them down if sfrx did not the permit. They would probably also confiscate SFRX's boat and equipment.
It sounds to me like someone is trying to discredit SFRX to investors that know little or nothing about the legalities of working a permitted site in Florida waters. They are also trying to drive the price of SFRX stock down.
Yes, SFRX has a permit for site #3 and SFRX doesn't have to produce it for anyone but the people from the State that patrol those waters.
