If I weren't closing on a home in the next few weeks, I would have already gobbled up the 2's... Would be a good opportunity for me to average down some more! But I have to prioritize. It FEELS to me like the investor pool here is relatively small, with many large holders in the mix. Last I checked, the OS was around 2.48B with a float of about 1.3B. With an AS of 2.5B, that makes this investment attractive to me. Just need the trial to conclude and for mgmt to turn their megaphone back on! Business model still looks good, and there are lots of opportunities in the marketplace for this sort of sanitation service. I, personally, would stay away from franchising, and instead work to expand corporate but, not my call. Very difficult to control quality of service through the franchise model.
