Still another 8 BILLION shares to be dumped into the float and with no bid they can't dump, so might be a decent gamble to get some 0.0001's knowing the company will need to do some sort of P&D to get a bid do they can continue dumping shares!!

My guess is the company is dead and now just needs to pay back the CD holders....

One thing to consider is now that the company has gone non reporting they can and will pull a reverse split at any time which will kill any flippers..,
