There is no "management." There is Iehab. I am not even sure if they have a CFO, but if they do, he is Iehab's lackey. Iehab, for a decade, has done the same things, over and over and over. Expecting him to get his head out of his ass, or expecting him to do anything other than enrich himself at your direct expense, is insanity.
There will be no big settlement. And if there is, none of it will benefit the shareholders. Debt will be repaid. Iehab will be paid. Shareholders will get screwed.
