The last PR also said they had 3.2 million shares to distribute to HTSC shareholders but the timing was not known. Just two weeks ago, Jeff reiterated the same thing in an email reply to me on the same subject. So on countless of times, he has affirmed that we will receive the dividend.

I guess we just have to be patient. The PR said that the audit would and filing would get done in 10 to 12 weeks and that was on March 3. I'm thinking mid June to mid July. But those things always take longer than planned.
