Paleman, thanks much for the offer; it would be great to get a few specific questions answered:
1. In the interim between application of multikine and follow-on standard of care (surgery + radiotherapy or Surgery + concurrent chemoradiotherapy) will any data be captured? Since this is open label it may be possible to get a sense of the effects of multikine early on, before SOC has a chance to squelch the patient's immune response.
2. If benefit is seen following injection of multikine, will it be possible to delay or eliminate SOC?
3. Will data relevant to patient response be provided following injection of multikine? Is any such data now available?
