With a low float and low institutional holdings KNDI is easily manipulated. I've been watching the bulls and bears duel on Seeking Alpha and the shorts have their attack pretty well organized. Yesterday and today could be short covering on good volume. They will probably be shorting again after the stocks bounces.

If I were more positive on Kandi's fundamentals I wouldn't mind buying some but I'm worried about the low number of vehicles shipped. One can ignore most of the short argument as FUD but not vehicles shipped, that's the heart of the business. I'm staying on the sidelines until the next earnings report and the numbers I'm going to be watching for are revenue and units shipped.
