Watched the video. Sincere looking operator, but as he will freely admit, he could have done this 30 years ago, to some extent. With poorer quality equimpment and batteries.

A buddy of mine runs his car on nitrogen hydroxide. His entire conversion is the size of one of those small orange juice cans. So he runs on mostly air and some water, and his vehicule is a very expensive automobile.

But lets face it something like ELCR is going to be a lot more tolerated by the hidden hand, than my buddies unit.
