L2 data rates? What's the best deal if you go outside your broker?

Or if not the best, at least some of the better deals?

Oh and about L2... How telling are L2 numbers on a Saturday morning?

I imagine they can give you a little idea of price points, resistance, and support... but really? Is touting Saturday morning L2's just... BS?
