$EPGL Bionic Contact Lens!- MAJOR TWITTER UPDATE - Huge details MUST READ! $COO #IoT #bioniclens

CooperVision approached EPGL in 2013 and asked for Exclusive to a particular technology. In 2014 CooperVision approache'd EPGL again to secure exclusive rights to EPGL's advanced ophthalmic enabling technology and all other EPGL medical device technology. In April 2014 CooperVision then asked EPGL to jointly develop certain key technologies which it represented to EPGL to be several billion dollars in annual sales in the ophthalmic space. CooperVision and EPGL subsequently invented multiple key technologies for electronics in contact lenses, which the two companies jointly own, but CooperVision must secure licensing rights via mutually acceptable terms for licensing fees.

In January 2015, CooperVision again approached EPGL to ask for early granting of the licensing Option by 9 months . EPGL rejected that request. In March of 2015, CooperVision demanded EPGL enter mediation as a venue for EPGL to be presented with new offers from CooperVision. EPGL initially rejected the request for mediation as it thought it would not be effective. EPGL reluctantly agreed to CooperVision's suggestion of mediation and the two companies teams met on May 18th 2015 in San Francisco, California. EPGL again rejected CooperVision's offer.

This is where it stands now. CooperVision continues to pursue rights to commercialization of these groundbreaking ophthalmic technologies, but terms have not been agreed to yet as the Agreement requires. EPGL will continue to consider settlement, but to be clear, these technologies have the potential to revolutionize vision, so EPGL will not allow use of it in the market unless EPGL has potential to earn substantial royalties over time.

The coming industry of vision augmentation and and bionic vision enhancements, is mind boggling over the coming years and decades. It could potentially be the next big revolution in integration of communication technology into the human body. Nothing like less than the next coming of the Internet, wired into human vision.

EPGL has filed patent on novel new display technology directly into the retina of the eye. EPGL has intimate knowledge of the contact lens manufacturing process via CooperVision and we solved some key hurdles to electronics integration within contact lenses.

Want to have eyes like a teenager for life? Want to have "zoom" vision or microscopic vision? Want to be able to see text and images in your vision? How about being able to literally see everything that your smartphone can display, directly in your vision at will?

These are the capabilities that EPGL and CooperVision have been working on for nearly two years now. Google, Apple, Microsoft and many others may have to pay EPGL and/or CooperVision royalties everytime a smartphone displays into the eyes in the future. Do people realize what this coming revolution will mean to the world? It has potential to rival the computer PC, Internet and Smartphone revolutions combined.

Arguably, there is nothing more important than vision to human beings. Facebook is spending billions in the space, as has Google and Microsoft. Apple is also "eyeing" the space. The good news for EPGL shareholders is that you own some of the most potentially valuable technology in this revolution that there is.

It is not a fantasy of some penny stock company. It is reality. We own some of the most brilliant new technology in wearable vision enhancements. If only one of our several new joint patents is granted it could be the gateway technology for hundreds of vision applications. But EPGL has several, not just one. We will come to terms soon either out of court or within it, but make no mistake, there's a lot at stake here and both EPGL and CooperVision know it. We're not going to give it away. Our long shareholders have already seen major gains at EPGL. Could we just be getting started? We believe YES."
