I'm not a lawyer, or even a law student, but I know enough not to call people an idiot or a liar, especially if they are about to become very wealthy. I don't think people like Alpha Capital, Tarpon Pool or Glen Straub would be dealing with an "idiot". .....and one of those may take exception to that characterization of rgw. $attd
