The proxy did go out to all CANN shareholders and they will have no problem getting the necessary votes to approve the name change to General Cannabis Corporation and the other corporate resolutions.

The cannabis industry is gaining momentum every day and the Colorado market where CANN is based just keeps getting bigger every month.

CANN is building a foundation for much higher prices and everyone in the Colorado area should attend their annual meeting at their new offices on June 16 to meet the team and see what this company is about.
