Read the pr today and you can decipher from the last paragraph that the acquisition is closed. BTW, the pr was not good today. Anytime you loose a chairman, the shares plunge!

If they stick with their commitment today that the 10K and Q's will be out in 2 weeks, assuming the share structure is reasonable and the acquisition and partnerships are in there, we are buying, buying and buying!
