A sub $100,000 market cap says yes. Particularly for a CEO with his marketing credentials. Certainly a man of his credentials could do a better job of marketing the stock if he really wanted to. Most companies on the otcbb have toxic debt, very few have sub $100,000 market caps. That's on the CEO and his failure to market the stock, thus far.
