Humana Considers Sale of Company

Health insurer Humana is considering selling the company, a move that could trigger a widely anticipated wave of consolidation in the industry.

Humana has received indications of takeover interest and is working with advisers at Goldman Sachs, according to people familiar with the matter. Aetna and Cigna are among possible bidders for the company, some of the people said.
