Not sure what you mean, did they end up with Johnson because he was cheap ?

With limited cash that was a bad thing considering he had no problems before ?

No, there's plenty of blame top go around for this dragging out this long, but the fact is they paid Johnson for the audits, and the Form 10 was filed..

You have a co with limited manpower, limited cash, and limited knowledge on these matters.

That does not mean they are scammers....
