The Form 10 required two years of audited financials, and real securities attorney will tell you that. When filed it needed 2012 and 2013, because it was filed before 2014 was due..

All HHSE needed to do was file 2014 when it was done, before 5/11..

Terry Johnson threw a wrench in that....

It's no biggie, because when refilled Johnson fingerprints will not be found.
