It's not a loophole. It wouldn't make any sense grammatically, logically or even foolhardily.

Nobody is claiming Padre Troy is a Rocket Scientist but there is plenty of evidence that he will do about anything imaginable to make a buck. People like Padre Troy never think anything will catch up to them and always blame someone else for their own demise when it does.

I think this was his plan all along. Look, late filings, sold unregistered shares, pinched by the EPA, failed preacher, drunk and most of all, suicidal at one point in his life. Sure he is stupid enough to think he can get by with something like having MTVX pay for an LLC that was put into his name so he can walk away with a free company.
