I say BS that share price is irrelevant.

My reasoning is thus: 1) TDCP has no revenues and likely no funds left from OCAST grant; 2) cash on hand $2,747 (per last 10-Q); 3) only current way to raise cash for expenses is to issue shares (for example, 200,000,000 shares were issued between March 31 and May 15 per last 10-Q); 4) the lower the share price the more shares that have to be issued to raise a given amount of cash (mathematical FACT).
