Is Treaty still "in business"? I would say no. Sure there is some exchange of stock, but is Treaty really in business? Do they have any revenue? We know they have a lot of debt. And I doubt they have any cash. How can they conduct business? Forget about the fraud charges, this entity was going to fail anyway. And it has! There is no way to recover from the continuing poor management by Treaty. They cannot even do basic accounting and proper filings. So the answer to the first question is no! But I am reassured by "reliable sources" that the audit will be complete in six more days. Looks like the not so reliable sources are already moving that date. By the way, whatever happened to the claims of x,xxx barrels of oil by a certain date? Seems the only thing that got pumped was the stock.
