Yeah, no big deal - just an ABSOLUTE REQUIREMENT for a license.

Butt you're right - there are so many other reasons why CEN's application was denied besides the obligate REQUIREMENT of "Bill" having a valid security clearance.

Zoning doesn't allow MMJ on the Rear Road parcel, use of fake IDs for company PRs, agents using false names, under-the-table payment of ILLEGAL LOBBYISTS working for the company, promotion of MJ in social media, falsely claiming that CEN had a license and was "working with HC" when HC states that was unequivocally false.

No sewer, city water, high capacity electric service available, etc.

Which is WHY they're looking to sell the Read Road parcel - they know they won't get any MMJ license, and licenses are SITE-SPECIFIC.

A contract emerged that showed Mr. Mitchell had agreed to a deal with Jim Shaban, owner of CEN’s land, to find buyers for the company’s property and to “gain media exposure, which helps the capital markets understand who you are.” Shareholders in CEN Biotech’s parent company were never informed of the plans.
