No it isn't ... and never will be. Why would any large, legitimate company want to even be associated with a share bloated sub-penny with absolutely nothing to offer ... much lees buy said scam? Especially one that is headed by two well known fraudsters?

This company is positioned to get acquired by a large Tobacco Company
