Of course they would be named. It is protocal to do so.

Though it is BELIEVED The FAB 29 committed these acts, if so, they did it without the knowledge or consent of the 5800 shareholders that own Treaty.

NO WAY IN HELL would The SEC shut Treaty down effecting the retirements of the faithful shareholders. Just won't happen.

If The Fab 73 are found to be civilly responsible, they will pay the price. Not the shareholders
