The hempery crap is just to save face and avoid investor legal action IMO
Not sure why Johnson is part of the company but he should perhaps find some able people to file sec reports that are honest and timely....unless there is something that cannot be fixed easily or without serious legal jepardy for them I can't imagine Kane who totally botched this endo company up from day one with his stupid press releases that were all bogus it appears is even capable of handling dabney pot empire....lol
