I started an email list a few weeks ago when I was approached by someone with an idea not too different from these. Maybe I'll send out my email again via PM to see if folks want to have a discussion group to see if some action is possible.

In the meantime, ANYONE who can get through to Frasier should probably be asking him why he didn't follow through after issuing that shareholder letter and whether (and when) he intends to make IDLM the more open company he described.

Simply filing periodic shareholder letters on OTC would put this one back up at 10-15c. And if he would ever adopt a reasonably smart plan for branded apparel and branded cannabis paraphernalia, we could easily get back to 30c. Does he get this? Does he realize that he could sell some shares at 30c if he just tried a little bit?

But he needs to have SEC clearance (which could, I suppose, still be the problem) and he needs to step up to his responsibilities. Arrrrgh!
