GTLA - The interesting and good thing about GTLA is that financial statements (with the accompanying Attorney letter) were issued not too long ago. And, there was really nothing to the statements. There is not that much going on.....so a new set of financial statements could be easily prepared imo......And, the financial statements will need to get updated for a Reverse Merger to happen.
