Something tells me they are silent to avoid the SEC coming in and slapping them on the wrist. Penny stocks are only allowed so many PRs before they get looked at closely. They need to be spread out hence this silence period in my opinion. SEC especially doesn't like non reporting unaudited Penny companies blasting PR after PR in my opinion.
