Duh.... what are Scalia and Roberts thinking? Maybe they propose elimination of patent rights? or do they think companies and their highly ethical attorneys would never raise that defense unless they truly thought the patents were invalid? Yeah right! LOL
It seems like this is a no brainer. It's difficult for a simpleton like me to understand how this could get so far. I guess this article only touches the surface of the argument.
