Sorry if this has already been explained, but if 475 out 500 million shares were outstanding prior to the dilution, that would have left Exobox with only 25 million in their stock treasury, right?

If yes, is Exobox claiming that these 25 million shares of theirs was worth more than $75K ??

I understand that for Exobox to succeed in its suit against shareholders, it will have to disclose its financials for the last 4-5 years..

Can't wait to see that !!!
