And this Time a buyout maybe in play!! IMO,,,

There is nothing to purchase in terms of an individual, group, or organization 'buying' MRIB. It's a ten year old plus entity with no success marketing or selling its flagship product. There is no point in 'buying', as there is no value to the company at this point.

Might be different if MRIB owned the distillery, or manufactured the product itself; at least in that case there would be some hard assets. As it is, all MRIB owns is the rights to distribute in certain geographical areas, at which Margrit and crew have shown zero competence or success. Anyone wanting to market the product can wait for a shutdown and purchase those rights for themselves. Either way, a buyout would be for those rights alone, and certainly not anything of MRIB's; again, no hard assets.

The vodka is good, but IMO not good enough for someone to purchase distribution rights at this point and undertake the competitive environment around adult beverages. The 'hooks' for MRIB - the Armenian connection and the unique finishing process, haven't worked to create any demand over the previous ten plus years, so the track record is not promising. Overall, an abysmal investment 'opportunity', if it could even be referred to as such. Don't bother mentioning the 'FINRA approved contracts' as impetus- they are worthless paper documents, which have not generated a penny in sales to date, and at the present rate never will. A new owner could create its own contracts without regard to those in place.

Talk of a buyout as ridiculous as the naked shorting nonsense...this will remain the 'Margrit and family/friends show', to the utter destruction of shareholder value - oh wait, that's already happened....
